My name is Susana, and I’ve called Torrevieja home since 2002. With a strong knowledge of the local area, years of experience in the property market, and fluency in English, I’m here to make your buying journey in Spain smooth and stress-free.

Since 2017 I’ve been working as an estate agent, helping others find their perfect home here in Spain. I understand how important it is for a property purchase to feel right, to feel secure and to be a decision guided by both heart and instinct.

I live here with my partner, our two children and our dog, and in my spare time I love spending time outdoors, enjoying the beach and exploring all the wonderful places the Costa Blanca has to offer.
